This website is provided by Sylotech LLC for information and inquiries. Using it means you agree to these terms.

The site

Content is for general information. It is not a bid, a contract, or professional advice until we sign a separate agreement for a project.

Inquiries

Sending the consultation form is a request to talk. We may or may not take the work. Project scope, price, and timeline live in a written agreement, not in these terms.

Intellectual property

The Sylotech name, mark, and site design belong to Sylotech LLC. Do not copy the brand assets or pass the site off as your own.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made solely from reading these pages. Work we perform for you is governed by the contract for that work.

Invoices

An invoice is a request for payment for work we agreed on. Paying by card sends you to Stripe. That payment is covered by Stripe's terms as well as ours. Marking an invoice paid or void on our side follows the status Stripe reports, or a note from us when you paid another way.
