Sylotech LLC (“Sylotech,” “we”) respects the information you share with us. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone, company, project type, and message you submit. Our form provider (FormSubmit) processes that delivery so we can reply.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information. We do not use the contact form to run ads.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-on work, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business.

Your choices

Email us through the site contact form if you want us to delete an inquiry we still hold. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID through the form.

Invoices and card payments

If we send you an invoice, the pay page shows the client name, email, amount, and what the bill is for when you enter the invoice code. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Sylotech does not receive or store the card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers that checkout.
